Eric is an avid golfer, reader and a music fanatic, who loves to spend time with family and friends. He is relaxed and puts people at ease, yet works super hard not resting until the job is done. Cristylyn loves to host parties and events, spoil her kids, clients and friends, she is artistic & creative, yet loves to organize everything in spreadsheets.

Cristylyn and Eric Garcia helped us find a beautiful little home and it was no small feat. It was also at the time of year when the seller’s market was so hot. You almost had to make an offer sight unseen, to even be in the running. They knew the market well, how much to offer, when to be very aggressive, and what concessions to ask for. I heard of others looking at nearly 20 homes and still not finding one. It was not that way for us. Yes, there were ups and downs, but they knew just what to say to keep our hopes up. When we got our home, it had a lot of work needing to be done to make it livable. They were able to negotiate for the seller to cover most of all the repairs. They also were there for us with quotes from 2-3 different companies they knew or worked with, for roofing, siding, carpeting, and LVP. We were so grateful for the options they presented to us. They have a work ethic that in my mind none can surpass, really overachievers.
